The most successful business owners attribute their success to having great Mentors. The Mentor Match program is for women entrepreneurs who have been in business at least 3 years and are looking to achieve specific business goals that will take their business to the next level. If you are looking for individualized guidance and accountability we can help you find the right person to get you there.

We make it easy

Simply submit your application and our team will get to work finding you the perfect match. We assess your business, goals and personality to customize you with a mentor that has been very successful. We find a business owner or leader in our community who has achieved similar goals and is passionate about the mentorship process. Our team facilitates the introduction and then together with your Mentor, you will customize the 12 month program based on your goals.

APPLY FOR A MENTOR

• Qualifications: Minimum three years in a fast growing, profitable business that is ready to get to the next level.

• Timeframe: 12 months, meeting a minimum of once a month.

• Commitment: Must be open and committed to working toward personalized, measurable, and attainable goals and completing all action items before the next scheduled meeting.

BECOME A MENTOR

• Mentor Cost: There is no cost to be a mentor, you will be volunteering your time and providing guidance using your knowledge and experiences.

• Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years in business with much experience and success.

• Timeframe: 12 months, meeting a minimum of once a month.

• Commitment: Must be committed to regular meetings and working to hold mentee accountable for reaching mutually established goals during the program.
